Website of the Week: PurposeCity

Website of the Week

Noah Curran created PurposeCity in October of 2013 with the goal of “inspiring scriptural living” by compiling a bunch of inspirational insights and putting them all in one place, which is a great thing, but that wasn't originally his plan.

As the website states, Curran grew up as an entrepreneur and was the brainchild of a small number of companies before he even graduated from college. While away and studying in Spain and Italy (poor guy), he felt that God was calling him to turn his energies into becoming an entrepreneur for Him! Since that time, he has helped international youth organizations and planted churches and other things too long to list. Today however, his passion is PurposeCity.

PurposeCity is a 100% volunteer labor of love that over 60,000 views each month.Curran leads PurposeCity with Shane Veinot, Daira Curran and Eli Suddarth who each come from different walks of life with stories to share:

Shane Veinot
"During ... the death of a close family member forced him to begin re-evaluating his life. He questioned whether there really was a God and recognized if he truly believed, he would be forced to live his life differently."

Daira Curran
"Daira began by writing and recording music, releasing her very own Contemporary Christian album entitled “You Belong.” Today she is ... educating the next generation through relatable and relevant Christian content."

Eli Suddarth
"He has a Bachelors degree in English literature from the University of Iowa, a Masters of Arts in Evangelism and Leadership from Wheaton College, and a Masters of Arts in Theology from Lincoln Christian University."
