Good Seats Still Available for Michael W. Smith Christmas Concert

Michael W. Smith is well rested and ready to perform
in the Northwest again.

Michael W. Smith has reinvented himself numerous times over the years. He created the high school graduation standard, “Friends,” became a worship leader, and proved that he didn’t need to sing to sell his records – his piano playing speaks for itself. Smith is also known as a composer of original and modern Christmas music.

With three Christmas albums to his name, Smith embarks on his “Celebrate Christmas” tour this month. From now until Christmas, Smith will be performing in concerts across the country, each that will feature orchestras and choirs from the local area. Each year, Smith has been able to create a musical extravaganza that feels fresh and nostalgic at the same time. If you haven’t been to a “Smitty” Christmas concert before, you should consider attending.

Those living in the greater Seattle area will be treated to a concert on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Overlake Christian Church and will feature the Awakening Church of Everett’s choir. Tickets start at $25 and are still available online.

Overlake Christian Church is located at 9900 Willows Rd. NE, Redmond, WA 98052.
